Maintaining a healthy lifestyle with a clean diet and plenty of exercise doesn't have to be a chore. Being fitter can reduce your risk of major illnesses like heart disease, stroke, cancer, diabetes and can add years to your life too. There are also mental benefits with profoundly positive effects on depression, anxiety, stress and memory. It can also improve your alertness and self-esteem.

It can be hard to stay motivated though, and busy day to life often gets in the way. 

Working with a Personal Trainer helps you to stay on the right track and be accountable for developing a healthy lifestyle. 

I achieve this with my clients by taking a holistic view on Personal Training - its isn't just about the amount of reps, I believe in exercise programmes specific to you and your needs, diet plans and meal ideas that support this and creating a community of like minded individuals so that there is a social element to your training.

Dre is an inspirational and caring PT. I am recovering from injury and surgery. He has tailored my programme to protect me from further injury while pushing me to achieve what I need to do to recover fully - and then some!

He creates the programme within an holistic wrapper which includes nutritional advice and encouragement.

Through it all he has a cheery manner which acts as a nice counterpoint to the pain of progress.

I find Andre's sessions enormously productive and he has helped me work around some frustrating injuries. His style is to be very engaged and communicative, which helps keep the motivation up. I especially enjoy how diverse our sessions are and always look forward to them (even if it doesn't show at the time). I would happily recommend him as a PT.
